Field Work / Projects Work

The faculty members of various departments of our college following the new C.C.F syllabus as well as the old C.B.C.S syllabus, has done field visits with their students as well as made them do projects based on those visits. Such methods of teaching-learning helps the students to grasp the contents of the syllabus and memorize it in a much better way, thus helping them score better marks in their examinations. The departments of Political Science and Bio-Science for instance have made field visits in places like the Botanical gardens, Poultry farm and Alipore Jail Museum.
