Teaching Technics: Slow learners & Advance learners
In every class there are two types of students: Slow and fast learners. For all students, the teachers follow the usual teaching method of providing notes with explanations using the white/black board. For advanced learners, the faculty members try and encourage their participation in debates, speech and essay competitions and also in seminars and paper presentations. However for the slow learners, remedial classes are taken by the teachers for discussing questions, clarification of problems/doubts and for semester exam preparations. Moreover, the teachers also stay in touch with these students during holidays providing them with notes in the form of PDF’s, voice notes and online classes.
